With 18 high courts, including one in each province and temporary benches, the cause list will be determined through this automated system at all these courts from today.During the ceremony, Chief Justice Shrestha stated that the new system would enable service recipients to access services easily, enhancing the quality, transparency, and credibility of the service as the courts become fully technology-friendly. "We have introduced the automated system for determining the cause list at high courts after its success at the Supreme Court.

It is transparent, credible, and ensures quality, without being influenced by special requests.

This marks the first time in the judiciary's history that such a system has been initiated in high courts," said Chief Justice Shrestha. He mentioned that the IT Division of the Supreme Court alone made this system possible, and a study is underway to introduce this service at district courts in the coming days."There is no discrimination in determining the cause list through this system.
