PRAYAGRAJ: The Prayagraj police on Monday early morning assassinated a 23-year-old criminal, Vijay Chaudhary alias Usman, claiming that he was involved in Umesh Pal murder case, the prime witness in BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case, on February 24 in the city.Police claimed the Usman, 23, was the person who fired the first shot at Umesh Pal and it was captured in the CCTV video footage.
