Embraer Defense - Security and the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) have announced their collaboration on a midlife upgrade (MLU) for the A-29 Super Tucano aircraft.The upgrade aims to enhance the aircraft's technological capabilities while maintaining low operational costs.The FAB currently utilizes the A-29 Super Tucano for various missions, including training, surveillance, and aerial interdiction.Embraer's president and CEO, Bosco da Costa Junior, highlighted the extensive list of upgrades already implemented throughout the aircraft's lifespan, ensuring the platform remains technologically advanced.Additionally, Embraer is prepared to develop and implement new functionalities and capabilities based .
