Shafaq News/ The Iraqi President, Abdul Latif Rashid, headed on Monday to Algeria to participate in the 31st Arab Summit.

The Iraqi presidency said in a brief that Rashid is accompanied by a high-level delegation and would hold a speech about Iraq's relations with other countries and the upcoming plans of the new government.
