Shafaq News/ An artillery shell reportedly landed near a Turkish military base in the north of Kurdistan's governorate of Duhok earlier today, Monday.

A source told Shafaq News Agency that the shell landed in the vicinity of the Bamerni sub-district, northern Duhok.

"A fire broke out in the grass surrounding the base," the source added.
