I believe it was the iPad that really drove Apple into the enterprise; that trickle has become a flood and it means you&ll find Apple platforms in most businesses today.

For those of you who haven&t patched since May, thereexceedingly bad news on the horizon. Per Catalin Cimpanu at ZDNet, Metasploitworking-but-just-barely BlueKeep exploit is about to get a significant bug fix. That'll put BlueKeep infection capabilities in the hands of mere mortals. The script kiddies won&t be far behind.
If you&re using — or you know someone whousing — Windows XP, Vista, Win7, Server 2003, Server 2008 or Server 2008 R2, get patched now.The fix is easy. Even Aunt Martha can handle it.

Itback 40 years ago, and this pilot fish is working in the repair department of a company that manufactures microwave transmitting equipment for the telecom industry. (But it40 years ago, so you all should know who uses this stuff.)
One bright morning, fish has a transmitter board in a jig so he can test it, and no matter what he does, the readings aren&t coming out right. Fish opens the jig to see if therea problem, and finds that one of the wires going to the power supply is just barely hanging on by a thread. He sees evidence of arcing that would explain why the readings are messed up.
Confident that the tech assisting him has thrown the circuit breaker, fish reaches in to tighten the connection.
