German anti-war drama All Quiet on the Western Front won the optimum awards at the BAFTA Awards 2023, taking house a BAFTA trophy in 7 categories, consisting of Best Film, Best Director, Best Film Not in English Language and a bevy of technical awards.
Tied in second location for the winners tally were Elvis and The Banshees of Inisherin, which won 4 BAFTAs each.
Austin Butler took home the Best Leading Actor Award for his portrayal of Elvis while both Supporting Actor Awards were won by The Banshees Of Inisherin cast members Kerry Condon and Barry Keoghan.
Cate Blanchett won the Best Leading Actress Award for her mesmerising performance in TÃR.
